A word from the President 

Greetings Neighbors,

“What an eventful year we have had!” First, we have an earthquake and then Hurricane Irene. I wish you well as we recover from these events. Now, let's enjoy the holidays!

For our 2011 membership drive, we achieved 68.79% membership rate, which excludes the 20 vacant homes in our community.  For 2012, you can pay your dues starting in January 2012.  See your Block Captain or mail your dues with our membership form. This form is in the Membership Section on our website (www.kingspark21133.org) and on the last page of this newsletter.  As a reminder, the annual dues are $10 per household. Your dues will continue to be used for community expenses such as BGE bills for entrance wall lights; maintenance of the entrance walls; neighborhood beautification projects including flowers and mulch for the entrance wall flower beds; refreshments for our community meetings; website fees; and printing newsletters. I appreciate your support for our community!

The KPA Board and our Citizens on Patrol (COP) members work diligently to ensure our community continues to bea great place to live. Our COP needs more volunteers. If interested, contact COP Director Clarence Wilson at 410-655-4259.
